What is NESCAFE Dolce Gusto Subscription program?

Subscription program offers a more convenience way to enjoy NESCAFE Dolce Gusto capsules. This automatic program allows you to choose 2 or 3 boxes per month to be delivered to your house/office, with monthly payment that is deducted from your credit card. You can get more saving with longer subscription period. No penalty, and free to unsubscribe.

Does the program include machine?

No, it does not. If you have not purchased the machine, you can purchase it separately here. Or you can go to the nearest store or buy it online on Lazada, BliBli, or JDID

What capsules variants can I get every month?

You can select among Espresso Intenso, Grande Intenso, Americano, Cappuccino and Latte Macchiato. You can choose the 2 or 3 capsules only once in the beginning of the subscription.

What if I want to change my variants in the middle of subscription?

Unfortunately, you cannot change the capsules variants in the middle of subscription program. If you want to change the capsules variants, you have to unsubscribe and start from the beginning.

How the payment is charged?

The payment is charged through your credit card every month. You can select the date of deduction. However, when you first join the subscription, you will be charged on the same day on the agreement of subscription.
For example, the available given dates of deduction are date 1 and 20 every month. On date 9, you agree to subscribe to our program and you choose date 20 for the next deduction. This means the first deduction would be on date 9 for this month only. The months after your credit card would be automatically deducted on every date 20.

Can I pay with debit card?

The payment can only use credit card that will be automatically deducted every month.

What happens if I wish to stop my subscription?

You can cancel the subscription anytime you want, without any penalty. However, you need to cancel 5 days before the deduction schedule.

I cancel the subscription but my credit card is still deducted.

Check the date you end the subscription. If it is less than 5 days to your deduction date, the program will stop on the next month. If it is more than 5 days to your deduction, you can contact our consumer services team on here.
For example, when your credit card is automatically deducted on date 20, the last date you can unsubscribe is on the 9th. If you unsubscribe on the 11th, your request will be implemented for the following month.

When will I receive my package?

Your package will be sent maximum D+3 after monthly deduction.

Will I get notified every time my credit card gets deducted?

You will get a notification via SMS every time your credit card is successfully deducted and when your package is being shipped. You can also check the status of your package here

How does NESCAFE Dolce Gusto recycle its capsules?

NESCAFE Dolce Gusto has partnered with Waste4Change to recycle and minimize waste from capsules. Waste4Change is a social enterprise that provides waste management in environmental friendly and responsible approach toward zero-waste Indonesia.

How can I recycle my capsules?

You can drop your capsules to three points in Jakarta:
Lotte Shopping Avenue – 2nd floor Pop Up Café
Gandaria City – Ground floor Metro
Indofood Tower – 8th floor PT Multifortuna Sinardelta (distributor)
Before submitting the capsules, it would be best to clean the milk capsules first. You can submit the coffee capsules right away.

I have joined NDG Club, do I still have to re-join in NESCAFE Dolce Gusto Subscription?

Yes, unfortunately the backend is not connected at the moment. However, we will improve our services to provide you a more convenience journey.

Can I get more discount or benefit?

The price on the subscription is fixed as per on the table here. However, if you want to get more benefit, you can collect points in NDG Club and exchange it for another boxes of capsules, machine, and accessories related to NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto.
